So sorry to learn of Bill’s passing. Bill was Chief of Police during my tenure as Supervisor of the Town of Ossining, NY. He performed with professionalism and dignity. Over the years, he called me from time to time and whenever he visited Ossining from Florida, he always reached out to say hello. I have had the pleasure of knowing many of the Oakley family members for nearly 50 years and want to express my sincere sympathy to all of them at this sad time. Rest In Peace old friend.
