Farewell, Good Friend:
We miss our times with you and Nancy. Sharing of meals at the Library III, working on the Condo Board, trips to Virginia, and breakfast at the diner in Somers Point. We learned a great deal about your adventurous life during those days.
Your greatest accomplishment was your fourteen-year pursuit of the person who took your daughter Lisa's life. You had to deal with police, prosecutors, private investigators, and the U.S. Government, but you never gave up. Your persistence paid off with the arrest, trial and conviction, of her husband.
Rest in peace, Joe. You really deserve it.
God bless.
Gene and Donna

Dear Nancy,
We were so surprised and sad to read of Joe's passing. He certainly was one of a kind. Our life was made richer just in the few years we knew him. We have fond memories of him and his stewardship at Harbor View. We are certain that you miss him .
Our condolences to you and your family,
Tom and Carole Wisser
Joe I miss you and love you more than
life. You were my lover, my soulmate,
and my best friend. I will never forget
the love you and I shared. I will love you till the end of time.
I attended Woodrow Wilson High School in Camden, NJ, graduating in 1951. He was always a swell guy and proud that he was my classmate. RIP, Joe. Love, Joan

Joe, was a very close friend of mine and will be sadly missed. The ache in
his heart for the loss of his Daughter Lisa, is finally silenced and replace with
the joy of being with her. I'll miss our daily calls. Joe DiBianca
