Virginia Ruth Williams-Herr, 84, of Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away on Thursday Jan. 17, 2019.
Virginia was born in Toledo, Ohio.
She was a girl Scout leader, a schoolteacher, dog lover, dog lover and church volunteer.
Her brother, D. Kenneth Carr; three daughters, Arlene VonHout, Linda Williams, and KJ Sughrue; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and friends will miss Ginny.
