Simone J. LaPlaca's Obituary
Mr. LaPlaca was a retired Monroe County Deputy Sherriff. He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. His survivors include his stepdaughters, Kathleen Nilsen and Caroynn Kennard; stepsons, Philip Kennard and James Kennard; sister Antoinette Sardsisco; brother, Joseph LaPlaca; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Arrangements are by National Cremation Society of Port Charlotte, FL.
