Sara F. Clark's Obituary
Sara F. Clark, 88, of Punta Gorda, Florida, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017, at Tidewell Hospice in Port Charlotte, Florida.
Sara was born Nov. 3, 1928, in Georgia, to Clifford and Mary Grace Ambrose.
She worked at the American Legion Flea Market in Punta Gorda for years. Sara was married to the love of her life, William E. Clark, for 62 years. They moved to Punta Gorda in 1973.
She loved going to the American Legion Flea Market to talk to people. She loved all her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved when we all got together at Christmas time.
She is survived by her son, Carl (Cheryl) Clark of Punta Gorda, Florida, her daughter, Mary Lowe (Rob) Solzsmon of Port Charlotte, Florida; four granddaughters, Bekki (Eric) Edwards, Tina (Gary) Lofsten, Jennifer Nelson (Dustin) Bluhm, Jessica (Jesse) Embury; and 10 great-grandchildren, Renae, Timothy, Zechariah, and Matthew Edwards, Kaydee and Joshua Lefsten, Hunter Nelson and Liam Bluhm, Aurora and Lenore Embury. Sara was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Clark; father, Clifford Ambrose; mother, Mary Grace Ambrose; brother, Clifford Ambrose; daughter, Debby Martin; and son, Johnny Clark.
