Mary L. Tippins' Obituary
Mary L. Tippins, 73, of Port Charlotte, Fla., died Friday, April 10, 2015, at Tidewell Hospice in Port Charlotte.
She was born Oct. 22, 1941, in Detroit, Mich., and moved to Port Charlotte in 1968 from Clinton, Mich.
Mary was a retired medical technician at Charlotte Regional Medical Center (Now Bayfront Health Punta Gorda) in Punta Gorda, Fla., and a former volunteer at the Cultural Center of Charlotte County. She attended First Alliance Church of Port Charlotte.
Mary is survived by her loving family, including her daughters, Janice Vella and Nancy Finly, both of North Port, Fla., Carol Dalton of Ocala, Fla., Mary Catherine Tippins of Port Charlotte, Sabina Campbell of Arcadia, Fla., and Rosemary Buckhoz and Nancy Tippins, both of Tampa, Fla.; son, Emil Tippins of Englewood, Fla.; brothers, Jack Rowe of Manchester, Mich., and Richard Lawson of Onsted, Mich.; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
