Kelly Lynn Smith, 56, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016.
She is survived by her father, Gary (Connie) Smith; mother, Patricia (Companion, Kenny Borgert) Reinert; sister, Vicky (partner, Jeanette Sanford) Smith; as well as her two loving cats, Shadow and Dakota.
Arrangements are by Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home and Cremation Services and Royal Palm Memorial Gardens.
