Herman E. Kroush's Obituary
Herman Eugene "Gene" Kroush, 87, died Wednesday, June 29, 2016.
He was born May 15, 1929, in Chenault, Kentucky, to Herman and Pauline and was the eldest of 11 children.
Gene served two years in the U.S. Coast Guard and became a certified mechanic and service manager at Ford. He was also a truck driver and small business owner. He was known as a man of very few, but important, words, He lit up the room with his smile.
Preceded in death by wife, Dee, in 2003, Gene leaves behind children Walter, Wayne, Kristee, Justin, Derek and Shelly and nine grandchildren.
Arrangements are by Your Traditions Cremation and Funeral Chapel, Sarasota, Florida and by Royal Palm Memorial Gardens, Punta Gorda, Florida.
